Ken led the digital media network (The First Look theatrical advertising network) and was the founder of the corporate venture group for National CineMedia where he was a leader on the team that grew NCM to a $3 billion public media company. Most recently he was the Chief Sales Officer and VP of Business Innovations for Amway &emdash; the number one direct selling company in the world. His role at Amway afforded him the opportunity to help the company grow from $7B in 2007 to $11B by the end of 2013. Glenn holds a doctorate in food chemistry and has worked as a senior executive in several large CPG companies including Kraft Foods, General Mills and directly for Bill Wrigley as the Senior Director, New Ventures Group & Mergers and Acquisitions, where he built the Wrigley Corporation’s innovation program and innovation center in Chicago.
